Common questions

Can more than one MSP promote in the same city or province?

Yes. Multiple firms can promote in the same city or province. Promoted listings are rotated in random order, so you’re always in the spotlight without being the only option.

What happens if we promote in more than one region?

If you promote in multiple cities and/or provinces, you’ll appear as a promoted listing wherever those filters match. For example, if you promote in Brandon and Manitoba, you’ll show up when buyers choose Brandon or Manitoba.

How do intent boosts interact with City/Province/Canada promos?

Location promos decide where you’re eligible to be featured. Intent boosts only affect the order inside the promoted block. When a buyer filters by a service you’ve boosted, your listing appears ahead of other promoted firms in that region.

Can we promote in provinces where we don’t have a physical office?

Yes, as long as you can realistically support clients in that region (remote support, on-site visits, or a mix). This is common around border regions like Ottawa–Gatineau or across the Atlantic provinces.
